Group Fitness
A terrific way to combine socialising and fitness training in a busy schedule, Group Fitness sessions are available for groups of up to 10 people. Group Fitness sessions involve a cardio workout, boxing, drills, circuit training and callisthenics to suit the needs of participants.
Boot Camp
Boot camp is a military inspired approach to health and fitness training that’s accessible to everyone no matter what your level fitness or training goals. Steve will lead a small group of recruits through various exercise, circuits (safe drills) etc.
At Boot camp you will experience:
- Individual training – specially suited to you and your goals
- Team building – group dynamic and bonding exercise
- Advice and education on nutrition, including eating to stay in the best and healthiest shape.
By taking up this rigorous training regime, you will very soon gain control over your health and fitness.
Cardio Boxing
A high intensity boxing based workout that includes correct technique instruction and provides the ultimate full body blast. Another benefit of this popular sport is that it combines aerobic (with oxygen) and anaerobic (short-burst, without oxygen) exercise, helping you achieve total fitness. In addition, cardio boxing provides abdominal strengthening, is a fantastic stress release and helps develop stamina and mental focus.
