Executive Personal Training is a structured program tailored to the needs and goals of participants. Over 8 weeks, up to 20 participants engage in 2 sessions per week, conducted onsite at your company’s premises or at a convenient location, such as a nearby park.
The program lets you choose from a range of training options, including adventure fitness, cardio, weight-training and outdoor fitness. This program will improve confidence and build self esteem which will provide increased productivity.
